The Suzuki DR200 is a versatile and lightweight dual-sport motorcycle, perfect for off-road and surface street riding, with a low seat height, stable handling, plush suspension, upright seating position, and phenomenal gas mileage.
A great motorcycle to rent in Colombia, the Suzuki DR200 is perfect for the twists and turns of the Colombian countryside. This bike is the lightest and most agile of Suzuki’s on-road, off-road machines, but it still packs a good engine and plenty of capabilities both on and off-road..
Suzuki DR200 Seat Height
The DR200 has the lowest seat height of all our motos and is perfect for shorter riders. Seat Height: 810 mm / 32 inches. Most riders can put their feet down flat at a stop light.
Great For Off-Road Riding
The DR200 packs a 200cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine that is ideal for riding around surface streets or forest trails.fire roads, dirt roads, and camping trails this bike is perfect. The electric start makes it easy to just press a button and go! The low seat height, light weight, plush suspension, and upright seating position make the Suzuki a stable machine on dirt and on the road. The low center of gravity also allows the bike to turn and maneuver easily.
Lightweight
The DR200SE comes in at a slim 249 pounds dry, which make low speed maneuvers with really easy compared to a larger adventure motorbike. One more quick little point, this moto gets phenomenal gas mileage! Most people report getting around 70-80mpg.
Delivery Service
Have your motorcycle delivered directly to your AirBnB or hotel. We offer round trip drop off and pickup service for $50USD.

Great experience. Jeff was leading a tour so his mechanic Yorly met me to hand over the bike. There was a good selection of quality helmets, gloves, and jackets to choose from. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and off I went.
The bike was in good condition and the perfect size for Colombian roads. I had absolutely no mechanical issues along the way and Jeff checked in with me every now and then to see how things were going.

IS COLOMBIA SAFE?
It is now, things started improving in 2011 and last year, the country welcomed over 4.5 million foreign visitors. I’ve rented motorcycles to hundreds of clients and have never had an issue with security. Colombia is like anywhere else, be careful of pickpockets and theft in crowded places and you'll be fine.
Anthony Bourdain summed it up perfectly: "If you want to find bad people in Colombia, you can surely find them, as you could in New York or Los Angeles. But nowhere have my crew and I been treated better or with more kindness and generosity. I'd bring my family on vacation there in a heartbeat. And hope to soon. Cancellations 31 days or more will be allowed to reschedule or given a full refund. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to rental will be allowed to reschedule their trip at no cost. If rescheduling isn't possible you will be refunded the full price of the trip excluding the price of the hotels but if the hotels give us a refund we will pass it along to you. No hidden or "administrative" fees.
