We keep it simple and fair — plans change, life happens, and we’ve got your back. Whether you’re on a guided tour, a self-guided rental, or a rental + pre-booked hotels package, our flexible policy makes it easy to reschedule or get a refund when you need it.

🏨 About hotels & third-party bookings

When your booking includes pre-booked hotels, we pass through any non-refundable hotel charges if you cancel within 30 days.

If you decide to change a hotel after all hotels have been booked and confirmed, you will be responsible for any extra charges from the change.

⚖️ Not Responsible For Consequential Damages

Colombia Moto Adventures is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur during your trip.

This includes things like lost flights, missed reservations, personal inconvenience, emotional distress, loss of income, or any other costs not directly related to the motorcycle rental itself.

“No consequential damages” means if something unexpected happens — for example, a breakdown delays you and you miss a hotel night or flight — the company isn’t liable for those indirect losses.

You’re covered for the motorcycle and the service you paid for, but not for secondary costs that arise as a result of a delay or incident.
